With more than 35 years building experience, John has skills and expertise in all aspects of construction through his work with some of Australia’s most well known builders to starting and managing his own business.

John is a qualified carpenter and builder with a strong commitment to quality and delivering projects on time and within budget. He personally quotes and supervises all projects to ensure each project is finished to the highest quality.  His team of sub-contractors are specialists in their fields and operate with the same integrity and passion as John to ensure your receive the best service.

Emma Fynes-Clinton – Project Management and Finance

Emma has over 30 years experience in property finance and development including project management and delivery.  As project manager she is responsibe for the planning, procurement and execution of each project, and can provide valuable assistance in planning, design and delivery.  She ensures that each project has a defined scope, defined stages, start and completion dates and associated payment schedules.  As contract administrater, she manages the building contracts, variations and other necessary documents to support each project and is managed efficiently and ensures each project runs smoothly from conception to completion.
